My husband works in the garden, the shoes are worn out and he wanted to replace these shoes with an old pair. There were many reviews blaming these clogs which I only read after I ordered. To my pleasant surprise, he found no problems with it at all! How "fancy" they look in this case doesn't matter, but what matters to us is that they stick to the foot and offer good grip and protection from rocks, snow, rain, etc. They cost a lot less than many clogs we reviewed before deciding to use them, which is a satisfying thought!
