The chair is easy to assemble but the main problem I had was that the screws already fit in the chair and you unscrew them and then put them in any part that fits there and put the screw back in. Simple enough, but at least 4 or 5 of the 18 screws were so tight that they were very difficult to get off the chair. In addition, the screws were cheap metal and began to be cleaned, the tool was cleaned. I ended up using pliers on these screws, the pliers made the job easier as the metal is quite soft and compresses the screw. I almost thought I had to return it when I couldn't take them off. But once I took them off, everything else went smoothly. When the chair is finished, it looks and feels great. Much better than my old regular office chair. Very happy with the purchase. Another thing that affected the rating was when I bought it when it came in when it had two price drops. In just a few days, it fell ten dollars. So I feel like they brought me to this one. I'm 5'7 240 and for me it fits perfectly and feels durable. I'll keep it while it lasts, it's very handy.
