So I bought these RGB LED strips to fit into my shop fronts - unfortunately they are delayed due to the outage. So I started testing these LEDs to see how they perform. I have to say I like the quality. These are typical RGB 5050 LED strips as mentioned, 16.5 feet long with 90 LEDs per strip. It comes with a very functional remote control which I think is better quality than the older LED kits. It should be noted that LED strips can be daisy chained as shown in one of my images, but regardless of what configuration you use, daisy chaining or multiple connections, they will all display the same light colors or blinking patterns as selected. . You can't tell one is green, one is blue, etc. All will be the same color. You can also cut the LEDs to a specific length - there are cutting points on the LED strips. Personally I plan on cutting these strips to length and using LED 4 pin clips to tie them all together. The kit also includes some plastic clips and additional 4-pin connectors to help you expand and install lights. Nice that there are these additional functions! As for the app - it works pretty well - you need to connect it and your phone's bluetooth should be on. A connection will be established automatically. The color wheel makes it very easy to set the right color and brightness. Overall I like this kit for the price, it's a pretty good deal.
