I like that it gives me detailed information about what my customers do in their apps, such as how often they use them or which features are used most frequently by specific customer segments (such an age groups). It can also help us to better understand our own product usage so we know where there is room for improvement! Some things could be improved upon - e-mailing support when something goes wrong would make life easier :) We're looking at new products from other companies but since these aren't available yet then UH's data helps give insight before deciding whether this will suit/benefit people who need similar tools already have access too (ease & simplicity).
