ordered about a year ago, back to review. When I received it, it had five plugs attached instead of one. it's five separate permanent cords coming out of its end, which was awful just hanging out there. I only bought it as a replacement for desktop use, so I figured I could live with it, although it's far from happy. then he died about 6 months later. So possibly the worst product I got from Amazon? This is a direct link to the review, so I'm not sure if they updated the product, although I'm 100% sure they hid the head of the 'Hydra' in the original images, otherwise I would have not bought.
