It's well wrapped in bubble wrap. The front is shiny pink. It is gloss black on the inside with a gloss pink border. Inside is a nice big mirror. When mine arrived, the mirror inside came out in a corner. When products arrive damaged and it may be related to shipping, I usually don't complain about it in a review. Items do get damaged in transit and if you contact the seller or Revain they will deal with it fine in most cases. However, this does not appear to have been the case upon delivery. I feel like if it had come loose in transit I might have been able to put the mirror back in place. But I couldn't put it back in at all. I tried very hard, but he didn't give up. So I guess it was just done that way. Luckily the mirror wasn't broken. But there are small cracks in the area. So, that's a bummer. But the palette still attracts and does what I wanted. The pallet has weight. When the mirror popped out a little I saw that it was quite thick. I assume that the weight also goes hand in hand with the magnetic surface. Maybe they should have used a thinner mirror so it would hold better in the lid. The magnetic section is a decent size and can hold a decent amount of eyeshadow, blush, bronzer, etc. They hold up well and don't fall out when moving the pallet. Overall I think this is a great magnetic palette. It's simple but cute. I want the mirror to stand up correctly and without cracks, but it can still be used. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the mirror.
