We installed this shower head a few weeks ago. While the jet is fine in the rain shower position, which is why we bought it, the magnet barely has enough strength to keep the PDA on the mount. A light touch throws him to the ground. You will notice in most marketing photos that the device is mounted in such a way that the manual attachment is more like a hook. Also, when we bought the unit, we wanted to replace the 5ft hose with a longer one to efficiently clean our shower. The added weight of an extra foot of even cheap plastic tubing will cause the magnet to fail completely. Very disappointed with this product and will be returning unless Moen offers a stronger replacement magnet for the task.
