Fiio is really wrong here. The device looks like a significant downgrade from utws1. Voice prompts sound strangely distorted, like they're underwater. The design doesn't go "down" far enough behind the ears. The design is MUCH thicker and much more uncomfortable than the utws 1. Sound quality is okay at best. No aptx HD when reloading a product twice as thick? Unacceptable. The charging case is just huge. There was literally no reason to make these wireless other than as some sort of flexibility for other companies. I would have liked a thinner and more practical product that I have to pocket every now and then to charge. You cannot charge your headphones without a case. If the housing breaks, the device ends up in the trash. The final straw was the non-functioning buttons. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn off the device and increase the volume to the maximum. Press once to play/pause and the device beeps once but nothing happens. The forward/reverse function worked perfectly. I found it more convenient to use a rada one es100 adapter or one of the fiio adapters with a bluetooth shirt clip. Sorry Fiio, I usually 100% support your products, but this product is just terrible. It seems nobody ever used the prototype.
