I would definitely say prepare for the pain for the first session. First I decided to wax and then when the hair came back use the application later. It works very well, love all the features, the light and pressure gauge are probably the main features I thought you wouldn't need. The light is really helpful to be able to see the hair as the tool blocks the light. A pressure gauge really helps to make sure you have a light touch. If you have loose skin or are taller and you put pressure on it, you will sting a little. This is very important as you are using the remedy to keep the skin taut when it is not looking the way it is natural. The inner thigh is basically where you might have this problem. It's definitely worth the price and the pain becomes more bearable as you progress. If you also use a growth inhibitor, your hair will grow less and less. My hair is very thick so I usually do this once a week so it's less painful and I stay smooth after shaving for much longer than ever before. I usually remove myself, but I have a harder time getting the backs of my thighs, so this is ideal because you don't necessarily need to see what you're doing and you can still reach hard-to-reach places.
