I bought this for the interior when I lived in a "country house" for work. I was told that spiders and scorpions could fall out of my blanket but I didn't as I have severe arachnophobia. I attached the ring to a hook in the ceiling and tucked the bottom of the net under my bed mattress, creating a literal protective net so nothing could fall on me while I was in bed. The quiet alone was worth the purchase. Bering was very small, so nothing could get inside. The hole doesn't close with a zipper or anything so I just covered it up and covered it with three hair clips. My only criticism is that it's difficult to fold up and put in a storage bag. There's nothing a 13-gallon trash bag can't fix.
