Bought because I had no idea how long it would take me to get the cable - I had no experience with enterprise SSDs with a "U.2" connector. Most cables ended under 1 foot; and my case is an old UFO case from Mountain Mods so I was worried the 1 foot case wouldn't be long enough. Turns out 1 foot would probably work just fine considering the U2 connector is almost next to the 5.25 inch chassis bay in this case. Extra length for cable management.
