When this bottle arrived I was so excited. I carry water with me all day and this one holds 32 oz. I was so upset when the plastic part on the lid (the part you use to lift the straw) broke. At first I was going to send back but decided to order a replacement straw cover. This bottle lasted ice for 2 days. I added some yesterday but it still had ice in it. Keeps my water very cold, needs to be refilled far less often than my small bottles, has a nice design and is great overall. The only reason for 4 stars is the broken lid. And that's because the packaging needs work. When I received the replacement cap today it was packaged in a plastic nail gun lined with bubble wrap. The plastic bag containing the lid and straws was punctured and the straws were sticking out. I would be very upset if the lid arrived broken the second time. But overall I like my new bottle.
