Installation on porcelain stoneware or ceramic tiles
The design of the wall bracket is the same as that used in hotels. The rod is lightweight but will hold a heavy shower curtain. Instructions should state that 5/16 inch anchor holes must be drilled for tile installation. For ceramic tiles you need a carbide-tipped drill. If you have porcelain stoneware, you need a diamond tip. bit, that's about $15. If you've never drilled porcelain before, check out the video on U Tube.
