$$ down the drain. "Superior" in the title is definitely not my assessment. My wife bought them because of the color and not reading other people's reviews. Bought these in red and after 3 washes we still have red water and the dryer lint filter was FULL of red lint after all 3 dryers. After the first wash, they seemed very non-absorbent when first used in the bathroom. The second two washes didn't seem to fix it. I agree with other reviewers these are the worst of the worst and I'm not sure a donation to their local dog shelter would be appropriate. My wife accidentally dropped a pair of my white socks, but they can be used in the garage or as a feather duster. Still, these towels are definitely something for designers who want a real splash of color in their bathroom. Just never wash or dry.
