Review on 💡 12-Pack of Hykolity 6-Inch LED Recessed Lighting with Junction Box by Brett Tierney

I'm not the type to write bad reviews but this set had a very short lifespan and the worst part was the customer service was worse than them Quality itself. This lighting is also 0 resistant to moisture, and by that I mean that even a little steam from the shower, which is next to the hallway where I installed it, was enough for the failure. They also seem prone to overheating as the resistors and even the capacitor on the three lights are disconnected from the electronic board rendering the lights unusable. When the first one broke I didn't think it was that bad, I even thought, 'Now I have a backup light curtain in case one fails. Soon after, many others began to fail. After several months of no response from customer service, I decided to open the boxes and that's how I found out about all the bad qualities listed above. As a side note, I replaced all bulbs when they failed with UL certified bulbs from a reputable warehouse (I don't want to list the store name or brand to avoid bias, but either blue or orange bulbs are higher quality bulbs) so far none of them have caused any problems, also the two I put in the toilet have not caused any problems. Seller, sorry for the bad rating, but maybe you could reconsider your customer service team, there is room for improvement!
