used this product as an extra bed for 3 months until it quickly started to leak. We tried to fix the problem by looking for the source of the leak, but we couldn't find it. We contacted DIDO, chatted with Marcia who helped us with the replacement process after helping us try different ways to contain the leak. Water and soapy water, listening for the hissing sound of a leak, wading your hands and ears all over the bed to feel the draft and deflating/inflating the bed. still no luck. I thought a refund or replacement would be difficult but Marcia was an angel from start to finish. She made up for our inconveniences due to the bed. We got a replacement and we use it.
