The only good thing about this bedding set is the very cute print my son chose to celebrate the transition to a crib. Before washing the sheets, I put a fitted sheet on the mattress of his full-size crib to see if it would fit. It was VERY tight, but I figured everything would be fine as long as I wash the sheets as instructed (in other words, I was kidding myself). Of course, after washing, the fitted sheet no longer covered the entire mattress. Also, I forgot to account for the waterproof mattress pad that we will be using under the fitted sheet, and with that the fitted sheet only goes halfway down the sides of the mattress. The sheets aren't very soft, but my son doesn't seem to mind. Other than that, I have no doubts about the pillowcase or the sheet, but everyone knows that the fitted sheet is the key component here. Parents please learn from my mistakes and save your hard earned money.
