This is the ninth or tenth time I have bought items from Swiss Reimagined. As a watch collector, I pay attention to price, quality and reliability. Until recently I was very happy with Swiss Reimagined, "Swiss Reimagined", what happened to your quality? The watch strap I bought from you is exactly the same type, color, stitching and leather texture. The only difference is the size of the eyelets. My 22mm version of this watch strap had the correct lug width, not too small and not too big. Exactly 22mm, matching the 22mm watches in my collection. It looks so pretty on an old watch from my collection. The last ordered version of the same 20mm strap for a brand new watch that I bought was significantly smaller than the spec you posted. I used a digital caliper to measure. The measurement was 19.08mm, not 20mm. Looks terrible! on a Seiko Prospex watch that I bought a strap for. You could see the 1.8mm x 22mm Swiss Reimagined spring bars which I replaced the Seiko spring bars with because they make the spring bar better. As I have invested in your products many times, please ensure your watch strap dimensions are exactly the same as your published diagrams. I would like to continue using your products in my watch collection. Use of the name "Swiss" on a watch product or part indicates high quality, or "Swiss" is a term currently used to refer to the illusion or fact of high quality Swiss watch products. I also had to go through a lot of bureaucracy to get this small group back and get a refund. I have not had to do this with any of your Pass products. I hope that all other products from you that I buy are correct.
