Easy-to Use and Successful Implementation
The ease of use, it's easy for my customers with little or no experience in car X technology (or even using computers) to learn how their vehicle works once they are inside our system.
It is also very intuitive! I am not sure what else there really needs be said about this program other than that we have had great success since implementing it into all vehicles at work over two years ago now. There was nothing specific but everything seems seamless from day one through training new users as well as ongoing support when an issue arises.
Pros
- Very user friendly
- Easy navigation without any learning curve required if you've used Windows before.
- All features available within 1 minute after logging onto your account so much easier then having multiple screens open up every time someone wants something done.
- Customer service has been outstanding too!! We would recommend them highly!!! :)
