Review on TORRAS Shockproof iPhone 8 Plus/7 Plus Case - Military Grade Protection, Delicate Touch, Translucent Matte Finish (Green) by Bob Kandravi

I've had a case for just over a month. case is my favorite. It's a little smooth to hold. Just yesterday I noticed that the plastic power switch button on the side is missing and now to turn the phone off I have to push my finger into the hole left by the missing power cover. I don't know how it came out or where but I never had this problem with my previous iPhone 7 case. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and said they were very sorry and the case is under warranty and they will replace it. Later in the day I received an email with shipping information. The product arrived the next day. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. Unfortunately the case they sent was for an iPhone 7/8 and my phone is an iPhone 7 Plus so it doesn't fit. I kept emailing the seller, he replied very quickly and said he would send the correct case and they did. 2 days later I had a new case. I am very thankful for how they handled my problem, most people wouldn't bother with a $16 phone case. I highly recommend this seller for all products offered.
