***UPDATED*** I originally gave this product 2 stars for the reasons listed below. The only reason I'm not deleting my previous review in favor of this 5 star review is so anyone experiencing the same issue with their headphones knows they are not alone! Here's my first review: It took them three months to expire. I bought these for my son to use with his Kindle and he liked them at first, especially the soft part. After the first month and a half, only the left side worked. Bought a new cable/socket and it worked for another month and a half. He told me tonight that he can't hear the internet video he's watching. After testing three different cables, comparing them to my other son's in-ear and earphones, and trying them on two Kindles and a cell phone, we found that they only work with apps that are "on" the Kindle, like Candy Crush or Minecraft. , but they're utterly useless for anything streaming from the internet like websites or Netflix - the voices are very faint and not only is the music weirdly distorted, but there are these weird noises that I can't describe and they do intermittently Pop up . other noises. Unfortunately I bought three of these headphones. One pair still works perfectly, but we've already had to replace the new cable with another as it only worked up to the left side. Unfortunately, the return period has expired **UPDATE** After posting the not-so-great review above, less than 24 hours later I received an email from the company saying they were trying to fix the issue. and sent me a replacement. They mentioned that the only way to improve their headphones is by listening carefully to customer feedback and asked for an opportunity to redeem themselves. The box arrived two days later. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found not ONE, but FIVE NEW PAIRS OF EARPHONES to replace the one that had been burned. Not only does my son now have a working pair of headphones to replace his broken ones, but we also have a backup in case someone else has the same issue (which statistically I hope doesn't). ).
