One of the best water activated eyeliners!
Love the colors! I have both sets the pastels and the electric colors and I love them both. They are easy to use, last all day long, smudge free and great value. I completely recommend it. I get a lot of compliments every time I use them. Must buy imo.
- I use this product for makeup and i absolutely love it !
