Just ONE complaint.

I needed an earphone with a mic to facilitate chatting and listening in a game on my Xbox One. I'm happy to say it worked great. People could hear me clearly and there were no buzzing noises. The packaging is small and neat. My ONLY complaint was that everything sounded muffled and had terrible audio quality.
