Recent reviews have complained that the cotton/poly blend isn't well advertised - to be honest I bought it in mid-2018 and as of writing this December 2020 review, I can't say I remember this being an issue when I bought them. I bet they've sneaked into the cotton blend secretly since I bought them and never changed the list (very greedy?). In any case, I recommend socks if you can get an original product, mostly cotton. I just threw them away and they lasted me 18 months. That's a solid sock life for me, especially as I've only used them for exercise and also walked and run at least 20 miles a week. They all fell right under the balls of my feet, leaving small holes that spread quickly. Obviously they are cheap and cannot be repaired. However, they met my expectations.
