I found a YouTube video after the screen accidentally froze on my 2016 Cadillac ATS Coupe. I took my car to Cadillac to see what they were doing and they wanted to charge me $1400 to replace the radio so I looked on YouTube to see if there were any other ways to fix it and found a video stating that this is common in the CUE system. and a fairly simple and inexpensive solution. It was! It will take a little time, but if you have the time, patience, tools at home, and $40, it's worth it. I rated the quality of the instructions as poor as they are nowhere near complete like the video I used on YouTube to complete the task.
