Cotton has long been the standard for shirts, but it's never pretty (unless you get brushed cotton, which creases like crazy). Putting this shirt on was like a spa retreat. The material just fits so well and feels smooth. I just love wearing it! Also, I almost never tuck my shirts back in, so having a length that doesn't hang too low or too high is excellent. Also, the colors are faded so it doesn't look like a lumberjack checkered pattern. The only thing to watch out for is that it's made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex, which for one means it's wrinkle resistant. until you let him sit all wrong. However, this combination of materials also means that this shirt is not as breathable as cotton. As someone who likes to be cool, this shirt just won't work in hot summers. Still, I just love it.
