The connectors are either genuine Anderson Powerpoles or a very similar and high quality imitation. They combine strongly with good immediate effect. I'll never run 45A through them, only to split a 15A circuit into another room, but thick traces (top and bottom) with extra jumpers in parallel as shown look like they're meant to be in be able to without too much voltage drop. During the first tests, I briefly pulled through a current of 22 A without any losses worth mentioning. The metal body, held together with standard screws, seems solid enough for easy table or wall mounting. The circuit board inside is bolted to three metal posts a little closer to the active power traces than I'd like (see photos), but at only 12V creep isn't much of an issue. Just make sure your power supply or battery has the correct fuse for the cable you're using.
