Let me start by saying this is by far the most compact and easy to install mount I have ever installed. I have installed several brackets in my life and it will only take 20 minutes to do everything, I will order more when you get this bracket, just think of one thing, this bracket has some medium power, small tv can up to 32 inches or so (lightweight flat screen TV, not a dinosaur). Don't try to install it if your TV is 50 or 60 inch. Stud mounting is always preferable. If you can't find a bolt, drywall installation is fine, but how secure or strong it is depends on the thickness of your drywall. Remember drywall can be paper so please always try to put safety wire on just in case no one wants accident, injury to a child or pet. Safety lines can be simple nylon protectors. / attach the rope to the TV and to the wall.
