Review on Superior Replacement: 🚗 IRONTREE Professional Ram1500 Cherokee Component by Maxwell Thomas

This was the first time I changed the water pump. I have driven 500 miles since install and so far so good. I used a new set of bolts and a new heater outlet but could probably reuse the old heater outlet as a new heater gasket came with this pump. I also used a new bolt kit (WORMAN WTRPMP MTG HARDWARE, black) and sealed both sides of the gasket with a thin coat of Permatex 80016 Form-A-Gasket #2 and let it dry overnight before adding water. I also bought an Irontree fan clutch. To remove the fan clutch, I recommend purchasing a Lisle 44180 fan clutch wrench. Hope that helps! My local store wanted $800 for the job, so I decided to do it myself.
