First, the metal bushing of the original bearing is larger than the inner diameter of these bushings. These bushings have an inside diameter equal to that of the mounting bolt and this is normal. Set of 2, short and long. The length corresponds to the width of the upper damper mount, so everything is fine. The short one is too short for both the top and bottom brackets, but you can just throw in some washers as spacers to fill the width of the bottom bracket. Not perfect, but good enough.
