Poor support From Thomson
device working when i received it, after about 30 days the internal network stopped working, restoring to the device didn't help, restarting the network drive didn't help, Thomson support called 9/13/21, was told they would open a ticket and someone would contact me the next day, have not heard from anyone at thomson to date 9/20/21 as they say a product only is as good as its support That's why I wouldn't buy from Thomson.
