I give these Cozy House Collection Dishwashing Capsules 3 stars because I like them, but they do absolutely nothing to remove tea stains from my cups. I have used this product exclusively for the last three weeks and I think it is a fair test. Since my family is only two people, I only run the dishwasher once or twice a week at most. Basically, I "wash" the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher because that's how long it will wait for the cycle to start. The dishwasher uses hotter tap water than I'm comfortable with and the heat cycle dries the dishes. So after taking the mugs out of the dishwasher, I use Dawn and a plastic washcloth and remove the tea stains. I don't have to do this with Cascade or Finish. I love all the eco friendly things this company is trying to do. I love that these cleaning capsules are odorless. I like that there are fewer chemicals in each capsule. But knowing that tea stains won't come off my cups, I'm wondering how clean my other dishes will be using this product, so I'm done trying and won't be using this product again.
