I was given this on a whim to see if there would be a more discreet way to help me fidget and keep me from scratching my cuticles and the skin around my fingers and thumbs (an awkward one and harmful habit of worrying, I know ) and to my surprise it actually works! It's also very stylish, I have black so it goes with everything. It's hard to turn at first when it's new, but get an oily product, really oily product. I used the tea tree oil that was in my bathroom and I didn't use much and keep swirling it around and it will loosen up. . I'll definitely put it down when I shower or wash my hands so as not to ruin it, I really loved it. I try to twist it even if I forget to put it on for days. Worth a try
