I bought this to wear with mid calf rayon dresses which are shear in summertime when nylon slips are just too sticky and hot. While I bought for length and not to extend skirt's length, the nice eyelet finishing on hem is a nice touch if hem peeks out from under the skirt.Do order a size larger if you want it to be roomy as while waist is elastic, the cotton does not stretch as nylon slips do and you want it to be comfortable over your hips. Hip measurement important. The fully stretched waist size should be no smaller than your hip size. I take a size 10 jean, a 12 swimsuit ,but the XL slip is what fits best. This is second one I've purchased. Just bought the 28". Already had 24".
