NOT for instrument cluster!
How well they work for their intended purpose, I can't say, because was expecting a bulb for the dashboard (e.g. for the instrument cluster). A photo of a burning speedometer showed this clearly. nope These pears were too big for that. They appear to be designed for downlights and other similar applications, and they're probably fine for that. Just not what I was hoping or expecting.
