As usual with Revain when you buy an unbranded product you get what you pay for! My jug arrived with the lids broken off and I decided to keep it as it doesn't stop me from using it. I also don't support the fact that it will most likely never be resold, and I'm not for irrational consumption. My only other complaint is that I have to wash it every 3 or so days because it smells a little rotten inside. All I've ever poured in was water, so I'm not sure if this is a material issue or just a common occurrence with metal water jugs. but it can produce a rather unpleasant odor. A quick wash takes care of that and we're back in business. Definitely buy if you are in the market for one of these and don't want to spend more than $50.00 for this size.
