First, it's very comfortable to wear. The straps are well padded and you can tuck in extra straps and get them out of the way. When the bag is full, the weight is evenly distributed. The separate compartment at the front of the backpack is much more spacious than it looks. The small pocket will easily fit my cables/bricks, other keys and all sorts of tech stuff, and there will also be room for my glass display case (2). The top front compartment offers even more space for everything else you need. The laptop holder is suspended so it never touches the ground when attaching the bag. It doesn't have as much padding as other sleeves I've had, but more than enough. It easily fits my ThinkPad in a leather case, leaving room for more. I was also able to fit a 16.5" HP. Side pockets are roomier than they seem; 18 oz. The hydraulic piston is completely covered up to the mouthpiece and won't fall out. The outer material is soft to the touch and easy to clean.
