The product fully corresponds to the description. Easy to set up and use. The instructions said the wax would melt in 45 minutes and it was right! I could probably start using a little sooner. You can see the growing process without removing the lid. I actually bought tin wax, just got out a bucket and put tin in it and it all worked perfectly. The wax is warm when applied, but not so hot that you burn yourself. Once you've melted the wax, all you have to do is turn on the medium heat so it doesn't get hard. All in all a great heater!
