All these positive reviews made me wonder if this product is any good or not. I'm sure it will do the trick but for the price the small motorized automatic clamp isn't worth it. The ball joint for the CD slot holder is not tight enough. I had to apply kapton tape to one side to keep it in place properly. The 360-degree rotatable shaft doesn't seem to stop it from bouncing all over the place, even after tightening it with a screwdriver. Charging seems normal and after all the fixes I had to make to get it working properly, it's working. But -2 stars for these bits and -1 star for the lack of a charger for the price of this item. Edit: I'm writing this part of the review because the customer support for this product has been very responsive and offered a solution to resolve the issue. my problem. I have to say they fit me really well and their product was their suction cup base. It works very well. I still wish I had a CD tray but this was a great alternative and they really wanted to make sure I was happy with their products, which I certainly am. For this reason I gave them +2 stars. I will definitely consider my next purchase with their products because they take the time to fix any problems.
