The silicone pans I received are a bit warped on the sides, but they keep a mess when frying multiple foods at once and are easy to clean afterwards. They're also suitable for small ovens, including countertop toasters, and will hold their shape when supported on a baking sheet. If spills are likely to occur while baking or frying, I wouldn't recommend moving these somewhat flexible pans without this support. Once cooked food has been removed from the pot, excess grease or other liquids can be safely poured out or wiped away before hand or dishwasher washing. The silicone easily separates cooking residues. I also appreciate the hanging holes on my top pot and pan rack, as they fold down a bit to save space, yet are easy to access. And I haven't seen any discoloration or further warping from washing in the dishwasher. Overall, these silicone pans feel durable, well-made, and hold food that can be baked or fried more reliably than flat pans lined with parchment or foil.
