I received the wallet as described, the problem I have is that it has a very strong smell and I found I gave up the smell when I took it out. (I have had many leather products and the smell is not what I am familiar with as tanned leather smells are similar.) It has been over two weeks now and the smell is still very noticeable although it seems to be diminishing. . I sent a previous email and you offered to refund me $3. I find this amount quite offensive, nor will it increase the profitability of your business. To resolve my complaint about the smell of the product, I offer a more reasonable goodwill. The answer would be at least $10 if not 1/2 the price. & suggest in earlier and in you The wallet has a great design and is very functional, it has no flaws, it just "stinks". I transferred my credit cards and ID to it and then threw away my old wallet thinking I wouldn't need it anymore so I can't return a new one as a replacement as I have nothing to keep it in.
