Review on Kikkerland SC06 Standard Scissors by Kim Sanchez

I love good design and I really like Kikkerland products, they are pretty cool and these shears look great in my workshop. In terms of design, each part of the scissors is made from a thick sheet of stainless steel held together with screws to form the tool. Very easy. The finger holes each have a not-so-comfortable ring inside. I wouldn't call it "comfort" but I'm not uncomfortable with it. It annoys me: you are not pointed. These are two thick sheets of steel of equal thickness from handle to tip. There is a heavy, chunky point at the working end of these beautiful scissors. The designer should have at least made them a little pointed to be more useful. It was an unexpected disappointment.
