The controller feels comfortable. Feels as original as the one that comes with the console. Responsiveness and battery life are good. My reason for the refund is that my only gaming platform is a thin PS4 and the controller keeps losing connection, about 20 minutes of gameplay, the controller is on but the character is not responding. Tried different games but still works.
