The hardest part is opening the phone. Blow dryer and a few broken nails later (the wedge tool was too thick at first), the phone was open and the video was an easy step by step process. The replacement screen did not include the wire screen over the earcup and it was impossible to remove the wire screen from the phone's original cracked screen as it was glued in place. The phone lies on top after the repair and is distorted because at first I didn't understand what it was. Be careful when opening the packaging and removing the contents.
