I started my experience with this mount by emailing the support team as suggested to confirm that it would work with my TV. I have a Samsung 65 inch MU6290 (UN65MU6290F). They emailed me straight away confirming that this mount would work and they included a photo showing how the mounts would be oriented backwards so there were no issues with the entrances. After a few emails back and to answer other questions, I pulled the trigger, especially knowing that their support team is always available to answer questions. The "hands" to the TV are fantastic. I had to make some adjustments with shims and such, but this is mentioned in the instructions. The latch bolts for the wall worked perfectly (be sure to use a good nail finder) and it was very nice. secure before hanging the TV. Hanging and removing the TV from the bracket is very easy. It hooks on the top edge and the bottom edge engages with a locking mechanism that can be released by pulling a pair of straps. Note this. If you have children, they could get at them, although they are easy to hide. Once installed, it's a little tricky to get to the "levers" to change the angle, but personally I won't be using this feature very often, so I don't care. All in all, very much worth the price if you consider this for a large TV like mine. PS As already mentioned, the included level is quite small. Be sure to use a regular size to make it as even as possible.
