Love love love this brace! I have a large bulky medical back brace but I never use it because I'm skinny and it's very visible. Especially at work, this orthosis is almost invisible. It helps a lot with back pain that occurs when I'm standing at work. I have sacroiliac joint issues, sciatica and a herniated disc in my lower back. It's not 100% but it helps me get through the journey with less pain. My only problem is that I don't think it will last very long. Velcro fasteners already tighten the fabric at the waist. I ordered a small one, but I have yet to attach the secondary Velcro straps over the others to get them to fit properly. See pictures for explanation. The first picture is garbage. The second is with the main strap, the third with an additional strap, and the last with all the straps in place. My problems are just because I'm too skinny, most people won't have such problems. It would be great if I didn't! All in all this is a great brace/belt. worth your money.
