The product is supplied in a thin plastic bag. It smells strongly of mothballs, rot and bad breath. A thread has torn and the material is clearly worn. There was no label indicating the manufacturer or how to care for the product. This was clearly exploited and I'm a little outraged. Now, this may be due to Revain's poor quality assurance and not directly the sellers' fault; However, it is the seller's choice to use and trust Revain for quality assurance. If the product was new (not smelly) in proper packaging and labeled according to regulations that would be nice. Honestly, it smells like death. I won't give this to my mother. So I issued a refund. I hope they don't resell it but I have returned and reordered the products for which they quickly repackaged the press they sent me back. Therefore, I will no longer order from this seller. I don't believe in their quality assurance.
