This swim skirt is a nice dark navy color (the one I ordered) and the material is very nice. Silky material. The panty part hem is well sown, but the rest of the skirt hem has no need of a sewn hem. The type of material makes that unnecessary. You can see both from the pictures I posted. I would recommend this item and this brand.
