Small and too small
I love the RVCA brand. I'm 5ft 7in, 119lbs, I'm a size 28 and it fits great. It's a bit short, I'm a modest girl and I like my skirts a little longer, but that's still doable. Slightly stretchy, it has a high waist, but if you don't want to expose your bum, you'll need to wear a skirt that's dropped at the hips. Very cool color, I really like it overall.
