Actually everything works fine after installation. A few questions: The towel warmer is for the Chinese market. This is the worst English translation I've ever read. The instructions are really useless. There is an extra bar that can be moved to any position on the heated towel rail. The 4 screws that attach the bar to the hook mechanism are the wrong size (bigger) and don't work in any way. I found 4 screws in the basement that worked. A good remote control, but it only registers the temperature in Celsius. The towel rack is too small for our bath towels for face towels and hand towels. The big problem is that it is not UL approved. So what if the towel rail causes harm to your home? They call the insurance company and they find out it's a heated towel rail. The insurance company won't pay as it's not UL approved.
